Doers and Dreamers Digital Arts Scholarship Program

Warner Bros. Discovery Access Canada is sponsoring 5 full time tuition scholarships to attend the Think Tank Online 16-month CG Asset Creation for Film or Games Program. The program aims to advance participants careers in television, feature film, visual effects, or video games through the opportunity to develop their digital art skills. From ground zero, you will be guided through every aspect of the building blocks that make up the basis for all career paths related to asset creation. Selected Participants will develop marketable skills, benefit from mentorship opportunities, and gain unprecedented connections to industry knowledge from the Think Tank community and Warner Bros. Discovery executives and creatives. So, we are looking for the next generation of visionaries who want to shape the world as we know it. Individuals that want to revolutionize the industry by doing things no one has done before. PROGRAM CRITERIA

There are no program-specific entrance requirements. The program is ideal for those wanting or needing to develop a portfolio required to enter the industry or for those who enjoy more than one entertainment arts discipline and are unsure of what they wish to pursue as a career. All you need is a Windows desktop computer, a tablet (Wacom etc.) a webcam, a headset, and the time to focus and work hard. (See the FAQs for required specs, we provide all software). Applicants must be Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Landed Immigrants and meet all admissions requirements to be accepted into Think Tank Online. Applicants must be 18 years of age or have high school diploma and will be asked to provide a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID indicating your legal name. date of birth, and citizenship. We’ll need the contact info of one personal reference (preferably an instructor, academic advisor, or employer) and for you to answer the three questions below (200 words max each) to tell us how you see your career unfolding or intend to transform the entertainment industry.
