Cultivating the next generation of content creators and executives
By building “the pipeline that will feed the pipeline,” WarnerMedia is cultivating a steady flow of future content creators and future executives by providing an inside look at creating, developing, producing, marketing and distributing a TV show at a world-class media company.
The WarnerMedia Access Early Career Bootcamp expands access to underrepresented talent aspiring to have a career in entertainment.
In partnership with four partner organizations, RespectAbility, IllumiNative, Transgender Film Center, and Muslim Public Affairs Council, this week-long bootcamp will give 40 participants a comprehensive snapshot of the potential careers within the industry. Curriculum will cover the lifespan of a TV show with topics ranging from Network Development to Post-Production, through several roundtable discussions with up-and-coming talent and junior executives. Facilitators will lead practical conversations on breaking-in and offer tangible tools to jump start their careers. In partnership with important non-profit organizations, the Early Career Bootcamp furthers WarnerMedia's commitment to cultivate the next generation of storytellers and give access to all.
The bootcamp will take place from September 27, 2021, through October 1, 2021.
