Grace Moss
Grace Moss is the VP Equity & Inclusion (Pipeline Programs) for Warner Bros. Discovery. In this role, she helps oversee the company’s efforts to expand the talent pool of underrepresented writers and directors and build additional pathways for diverse talent. Prior to Warner Bros. Discovery, Grace served as the Senior Director of Talent Development & Inclusion for NBC Entertainment, where she spearheaded multiple programs that focused on discovering, cultivating and showcasing talented writers and directors of diverse backgrounds.
Grace also managed nationwide outreach efforts and developed relationships with community partners, such as the National Hispanic Media Coalition, Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment and the Barcid Foundation. Before coming to NBC, Grace was a Development Executive at the Style Network, where she shepherded new series, from initial pitch to production.
Prior to her stint at the Style Network, she worked as a freelance reality Producer and Director on a plethora of unscripted shows on a variety of networks, including MTV, VH1, TLC and NBC. Grace graduated from UCLA with a BA English and Minor in Asian American Studies. In her spare time, Grace enjoys playing tennis, wine tasting and baking with her son.
Jen Sobol
Jen Sobol has over 15 years’ experience working in film and screen - across skills, training, film education and film festival development and support. Her love of the industry is driven by a desire to discover new voices and talent, and to keep screen content interesting and diverse. As Senior Manager for Programmes, she leads WBD’s pipeline programmes in APAC, EMEA and LATAM, which are designed to help open doors and create pathways for talent from historically under-represented communities. Prior to joining Warner Bros Discovery she worked at British Film Institute for 10 years and helped to launch the flagship programme the BFI Film Academy. She was responsible for overseeing its expansion and conceptualising a range of activity designed to support young people from a wide range of backgrounds to develop new skills and build a career in the screen industries. Jen was born and raised in Montreal. She has lived in London for almost two decades, where she lives with her partner and young son. Whilst cinema outings have become a bit of a rarity now, Jen loves watching films and TV and is also a keen runner and aspiring gardener. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and an MSc in International Development studies from Birkbeck, University of London.
Will Schnabel
Will Schnabel is a Programs Manager on the Warner Bros. Discovery Equity & Inclusion team. In this role he primarily helps facilitate submissions processes for the team’s many pipeline programs. Before working at Warner Bros. Discovery, Will was an Associate of Talent Development for NBCUniversal, encompassing television, film and streaming. In that role he worked closely on several NBC pipeline programs focused on discovering and developing underrepresented writers, comedians, directors, and below-the-line talent. Earlier in his career, Will worked for the Indiana Pacers before transitioning to Los Angeles as an NBC Page. Will holds a BS in Communication and Theatre from the University of Indianapolis. Now based in Indiana, Will enjoys sports, traveling, comedy, national parks and puzzles.
Jamie Hernandez
Jasmine Speights
Jasmine Speights is a Program Coordinator for the Warner Bros. Discovery Access team, where she produces pipeline development programs and connects underrepresented Talent to WBD content and brands. In her role at WBD, she created the inaugural WBD Access Music Supervisor program, a first-of-its-kind multi-month pipeline program for creatives looking to get into Music Supervision roles on TV shows and Films. Previously, Jasmine supported the Content Acquisitions & Strategy team at HBOMax and worked in Business Development at Disney ABC Television Group. Jasmine is the Vice President of the SoCal chapter of NAMIC. She was raised in Stone Mountain, GA., attended Howard University and graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology from Georgia State University. Jasmine is a member of the Television Academy and served as a judge for the Internship Program for Development, Comedy and Drama in 2021. Currently residing in her hometown of Los Angeles, Jasmine indulges her passion for DJ'ing and outdoor activities.
Kaitlyn Herring
Gloria Tergat
Gloria is a recent graduate from the London School of Economics where she studied BSc International Social and Public Policy (Development). She has been part of 'The Beacon Scholarship' from 2013 to 2022 which has seen her through her Secondary, A Level and University Education. The leadership development programme nurtures changemakers from various countries in the East African Region and consists of mentoring, leadership workshops and community projects.
Not only has this spurred her passion for female empowerment, but it has also allowed her to strive to make a difference in the Kenyan community through her project 'The Nomadic Child' that aims to empower girls who have gone through the cultural malpractice of FGM in Northern Kenya. She is currently working on co-authoring a mentorship booklet that she hopes to circulate to schools in rural areas to supplement their academic curriculum, touching on topics such as Mental Health, Personal Development and Navigating Adolescence/Adulthood.
Since joining Warner Bros. Discovery she has been of support to the WBD Access Team especially in the launch of the inaugural WBD X Rocksteady Studios Games Academy. As a program administrator she helps lead, manage and support the overall portfolio of programs within the EMEA region.
Holly Lee
With a passion for the arts and entertainment, Holly Lee has been at Warner Bros / WarnerMedia / WBD since 1999 providing senior-level executive support to busy leaders in the People & Culture space. She enjoys being of service and recently joined the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team to be closer to the work that aligns with her values and interest. Holly is Chinese-American and moved to LA from Florida to pursue an acting career, after graduating with a BA in Marketing from the University of Central Florida. She is a current SAG-Aftra member who also enjoys producing short-form videos. In her free me, Holly enjoys spending me with her pro chef husband whom she has known since childhood. Together, they are parents to a beloved red-haired cockapoo named Baby who is her constant muse.

Launched in September 2020, Warner Bros. Discovery (fka WarnerMedia)'s Access Canada team focuses specifically on creating pathways for Canadian talent, both above and below the line. Based in Canada, the team with deep connections and experience across the industry develops and manages creative talent development programs championing underrepresented voices.
Melanie Nepinak Hadley
Melanie is an Ojibway Woman and member of Pine Creek First Nation. Growing up in an underrepresented community, she has the unique life experience to give her the drive, ambition, and perseverance to explore the power of change through storytelling.
In her 15+ years working in the entertainment industry in Canada she has taken every opportunity to work creatively with storytellers from her own community, as well as many other unique and unheard voices to bring fresh perspectives to screens across North America. She seldom says no to new opportunities and always wants to learn more. With an unconventional career path, Melanie has developed the skills to make and maintain connections, to support new and established talent, and to help develop and elevate stories.
Outside of her daily role at WM Melanie contributes to the industry by sitting on the board of directors for imagineNATIVE Film + Media Festival, National Screen Institute, and Cousin Film Collective. In all avenues she is actively connecting talent to opportunity and diversifying the pool of storytellers working in Canada.
Erika Kumar
Diarra Konaté
Diarra Konaté, pronounced “Djarra” (read in French), is a professional based in Canada. She has a MA in Project Management, a BA in Communications and Administrative Practices, and a certificate in social media strategies.
Diarra was initially involved in the entertainment industry through music. Since working at Warner Bros. Discovery, she has developed a deeper interest in TV and Film. She has always loved reading movies' analyses and exploring the cultural and historical references they hide. She has a deep respect for all creators.
Diarra has worked in the equity and inclusion space for almost three years. Her cultural roots and experience as a first-generation Canadian made her more sensitive to several socio-economic issues surrounding minorities. She looks forward to learning more from Canada’s diverse communities and supporting them in their journey to thrive.
Elfred Matining
Elfred Matining is a queer, Filipinx arts and community organizer. With over 10 years of leadership experience, he leads the community in finding new ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing our world through film and art by connecting people in dialogue and mentorship through the framework of storytelling and pedagogy. In his previous role as Senior Manager of Community Initiatives at TELUS Storyhive, Elfred led and oversaw a collaborative team that brought initiatives focused on capacity building for underrepresented communities across BC and Alberta. He also designed and led Storyhive's training initiatives for 60+ production teams annually with accessibility, inclusion and reciprocity as the mobilizing factors of the design. Prior to Storyhive, Elfred was Director of Programs for ArtStarts in Schools, an arts organization focused on integrating arts based learning into school curriculum. Through his experiences there, he honed his skills in experiential and anti-oppressive curriculum design, bringing an inquiry based approach to learning, mentorship, and community building.
Elfred graduated with a BFA from the Emily Carr University of Art & Design and a certificate in Business Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Elfred also sits on various advisory boards for community organizations focused in art and community capacity building. He currently resides in Vancouver, BC on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations.
